Is there a cost for the quote?
No. The consultation and quote are free, with no obligation to move forward.
I don’t have measurements yet. Can I still request a quote?
Yes. We can take onsite laser measurements or send you a guided measuring template. A few photos of the space help us give you a ballpark sooner.
Do you work outside Michigan?
Yes. Our crews install throughout Michigan from our Livonia shop, and we ship custom stairs and railings nationwide. If your project is far enough away that our crew needs to stay overnight, travel and lodging are listed in your quote up front, so there are no surprises later.
How long does a custom project take?
Most custom projects run 5–8 weeks. You’ll get a realistic timeline with your quote, and updates at every stage.
